Do not scrape it for AI training data. Do not abuse the contact form. Do not pretend to be me. Do not republish full essays without asking. The contact form is for real conversations, not pitches for SEO services or cold outreach campaigns. The assistant filters those out and I'd rather you not waste your time writing them.
Everything I write here is mine. Quote a sentence or a paragraph with a link back. If you want to republish a full essay, email me first. I'll usually say yes if it's a real publication and no if it's a content farm.
I write about what worked for me. Your company is not my company. The numbers I share are my numbers. If you act on something you read here and it doesn't work the same way for you, that's a learning, not a refund. I'm not your lawyer, your accountant, or your therapist.
